# `KiwiCodec.RustlerGenerator.Splice`

The shared Rust generated decoders call: each feature's helper module, whole, with the
`kiwi_unknown_field` the `:unknown_fields` mode chooses, and for full decoders the Rustler
helpers caching their atoms and building their structs.
